To become a World of Minecraft Staff member you must be chosen by the staff board.
Generally we only choose members who have been active on the server for a minimum of 2 weeks and actively help the community. Those that do not ask to be staff have the highest chance.

DO NOT ask to be promoted in World of Minecraft or IRC.
