Installation:
 
    Download and install Forge for Minecraft 1.6.2
    Run Minecraft with the Forge Profile at least once
    Download The Elements Mod 1.6.2
    Open “C:Users*USERNAME*AppDataRoaming.minecraftmods” if using Windows or Open “~/Library/Application Support/minecraft/mods” if using Mac OS.
    Drag The ElementsMod[1.6.2].jar into your mods folder.
    Start Minecraft with the Forge Profile.
