Make/Join Clan

Hi,
I was wondering how to make a clan. I'd like to make one but I obviously don't really know how to... If I can't I'm willing to join one. I'm pretty good at terraform/landscaping and I like towers with arches, spirals, and water elevators. I'd like a clan with a nice skyworld too, because that's one of my new obsessions. :)

you have to buy it it with rep to join a clan costs less but to make one costs more rep you earn rep by building
