I've been looking everywhere for someone to help me with bukkit/pex/essentials, and I just can't wrap my head around it. I literally have no idea what I'm doing what so ever with any of it. ;_;

Is there a way you can help me out with a base permissions.yml file for PEX?

I'm really noob with sql, and I've read like every help file and tutorial I could find and I really can't seem to understand it.

Bonus: is there a difference between the bukkit permission.yml and the PEX one? Use the PEX one right?
