Single player commands mod help Edit: solved

I installed singleplayercommands for 1.5.2, V4.8, and it gives me a crash report when i try to load the world. It doesnt give me a black screen, it just gives me the minecraft background for a few seconds then generates the crash report. i figured out that the bdv and jc files keep it from giving me a black screen when i log in, but i still need help with the crash. I dont have modloader, so maybe that is the problem. I have looked at multiple instructions and only one of them said you need modloader. Here's the crash report.
