I realised that the people who made terry bogard skins suck, and that there was no good terry bogard skin, so I made my own :D! I didn't use noise, I actually had to hand spread the colors myself. I think the hardest part was the star. This is not the first time I have made a skin, but this is by far my best so far. Please leave your feedback in the comments, and I'd really appreciate if fatal fury fans would consider wearing this. Oh, and I don't take requests (I have a life you know :P).
*Edit... Yes I am aware I messed up the shoes I am trying to fix that right now. Once I do, I'll try to repost the image.
