Active Shark?

Hello All,
I am trying to add a active shark to my server but when I type /shark or /lava_shark it doesn't do anything. It makes the block but it doesn't move. :/
I am using MCForge and their forums have gone down so I was wondering if someone here knows how to do it.
Any help will be appreciated.
