I just downloaded world of minecraft earlier today, and everytime i log on to a server, my computer freezes says (not responding). is this normal since just today i downloaded it, or can i make it stop doing this, or maybe is it just my computer?

Oh, and by the way, when it comes to computer stuff, i am an uber noob...
