Annoying skins ._.

Is there anyone that agrees with me on the idea of having skin topics popup somewhere other than the "active topics" bar?
It's just a bit annoying :P
Right now I see TEN out of 30 topics in the sidebar are skins.
Allot of them are just things that other people made anyway. ._.
The active topics bar is almost always like this.
