Don't know if this has already been suggested but backpacks would be an awesome addition to the game.  Could have the storage of 1, or 2, chests.  This would mainly be for packing all of your main items and supplies if you wanted to change locations.  Currently if you want to change your location you have to make multiple trips back to your current home to gather and collect your valuables and resources.  Would also been really helpful for transporting goods if you have a mining site that's far away.  It could give you a speed penalty and possibly make you burn through your hunger meter faster.  If this has been suggested already I apologise,and thanks =)`
