Logged on today to find out that I was banned for supposedly stealing a diamond block from some ton which confused me because I myself have never done anything like this... but found out infact my cousin did while he was on my account checking out our server. I'm very sorry for his actions he definately will no longer be on my account or anyone else for that matter. Please let me back on I will do whatever it takes to make things right.

I'm not bothered where you get the diamonds from, I'm sure someone on the server sells them.
Might just be a case of farming for a bit to get some money for them or a little mining.
Otherwise you could enquire as to where your cousin left them. =]

Well I give up I'm never going to be able to come up with 12 diamond blocks so I turned all my claims chests and my balance over to my wife. It was fun playing with yall I had a blast. Maybe I will see yall some other time somewhere else. Thx again guys and gals.

Hi. My name is redstarkeT, and I'm appealing due to my recent ban. I found an abandoned town full of loot, and since the guy who owned it left about 6 months ago, (ryons) i thought it was ok. Then when terrasina said it wasn't i immediatly began returning stuff: bookselves, gowstone, etc. BUt before i could return the iron, i needed to go with my mom to the grocery store. When i come back, BAM! Im banned. I don't think this is fair because minecraft is a part of my life not all of it, and when my mom says go i go. I wasnt even given a chance to return the iron. Please consider this honest ban appeal.
