So, wolftone logged on and decided to tell me to move my clan home.
1. It WAS not set at spawn originally, when i tried to get away from spawn without dying I did /clan home and it was set at spawn.
2. He was talking about "spawn camping" when I was outside of spawn, and people where in it.
3. He said that setting clan home at spawn was against the rule. I have never seen that rule. /rules is the default config. Not my fault I did not see it.
I also want to be unbanned because this is just BS!

its also CLEARLY obvious YOUR /clan home is on the spawn, so YOUR clan can spawn camp.

The Clans home thing should not be an issue. We build 3 spawn points in case of such a problem should arise.
Eric should of not treated wolf like this however the clans home issue should not be a deciding factor in the ban. How Eric acted will be and he is accountable for his actions. If he wants to continue appealing then he may so but for the time being, the ban stands on his actions alone.
Eric, talk to me about this issue if you have any questions.

That's exactly what lead to his ban, it wasn't the fact his home was at spawn, but more his refusal to move it. If you want snow, I can build 2 more spawns...

Ok well wolf, you said you would 'take action' as in ban me for not moving my clan home and now you are saying you banned me on my actions? Even Snowy said, that should not be an issue. I got banned FOR not moving my clan home. And I did not request to be tped far away, I had a clan home set in a cave far away and I knew the way back to spawn. I tried to leave spawn by doing /clan home but it took me TO spawn. Either the home broke or someone set it there. Ask frankhawk12, he was AGAINST me setting it down there. I wanted it far away but it isn't and that is not my fault because I did not set it at spawn!

and you also got banned because you were being disrespectful in the way you approached me (staff) in what was being asked of you. You also requested you be banned as well, and if I'm not mistaken, this isn't the first time you've been banned either. I suggest you take a moment to learn to listen, and simply do what's being asked. If you have an issue with what's being asked, then still do what's being asked, but go to snow or someone else and pitch your case. But, don't refuse, and disrespect in the process.

I personally like my /clan home at spawn. If I need to goto SMP or another Gamemode I can just go home and walla. It's alot easier than writing down coords and making my way back to spawn. I don't go on PVP much anymore as well so I can't be so sure of what goes on there...

Or you can write all 3 ip's (cmp.womjr.com etc...) on your minecraft server lists and have each ip in that gamemode you desire. That's what I do so I won't need to be walking places and stuff. All I need to do is log out. :P

Okay, I will state this as plainly again as I can. I did NOT ban you because your home was at spawn, I banned you because you REFUSED TO CHANGE ITS LOCATION, when requested by myself. Regardless of what "rule" is written, when staff asks you to do something, that becomes a current rule. I asked you to move it because you had 4 people trapped in spawn while spawn camping. I will say it again, I did NOT ban you because your home was at spawn, I banned you because you REFUSED TO CHANGE ITS LOCATION, when requested by myself.

All the Ip's redirect through to the one frontend system which will place you into the server you were last in.
Used to work but doesn't anymore.
If it's somehow working for you then something is wrong with the internet.

@spud and @shazty not sure what you guys are talking about, when i join our different ips, each one takes me to wherever i last was when i joined that ip. whether that's on that specific server or not. right now smp.womjr.com takes me to a place on cmp, and pvp.womjr.com takes me to a place on smp.
As for the main topic, This shouldn't be a problem anymore, there is now no reason for you to teleport back to spawn, since you can /lobby from anywhere on the map. And if people are getting spawned camped, that can very easily teleport to the lake hut or the outpost. So there are plenty of ways for players to prevent spawn camping.
As for the main issue of this, No matter if you believe if a staff member is wrong or right, you still MUST follow any instructions they give you, and do so with respect. Whether your clan home needed to be moved is not the point, the point is that a staff member told you to move it, and yet you refused to. If you have a problem with anything a staff member says, the correct approach is to comply with what they're telling you to do, and then report it to an admin or then make a post on the forums. Just like if you get pulled over by a cop and he tells you to do something that you don't think you should have to. Sitting there arguing and refusing just gets you into more trouble, however if you do what he says, and then report it afterwards, you can't be at fault.

Back before the server change over, it was made abundantly obvious that it was agaisnt the rules to set your clan home at spawn in pvp. I gave you a MULTITUDE of chances to change your clan home, even tped you out far away like you requested, and you STILL said NO blatantly refusing to do what was asked of you.
Spawn camping like what you and frankhawk were doing is exactly why so many users have quit pvp and don't want to play. The no rules thing is a good idea, however, you need to realize that the "no rules" idea doesn't negate staff's authority. We will do what we see fit to fix the issues that are causing users to not want to play. Setting your clan home to pvp spawn, then REFUSING to change it, REGARDLESS OF WHY IT'S SET THER, is nothing more than an excuse to spawn camp.
