To reach the place, walk east of /warp mountainview (there's a path), use  the netherhub portal, or take line a of nolztech railways.

Multiple people can put the amount needed together and be co-owner (Up to a max of 3 people)

There's one thing. Not everybody is allowed to own this place. Because of negotiations, the price might be able to drop with 50% or even more. But the person has to be in a certain.. trustability level to own my precious baby.
