Okay, here's the deal. I just played a little Minecraft, as usual, when after a minute or two the screen got all black and then "stopped working". I just formatted my computer, but I doubt it has something to do with the issue.

I have tried to remove the "version.txt" file aswell as the "minecraft.jar" one, but nothing seems to help! So find it in your hearts to help out a poor newbie :)
