On a server that my friends and I have, I was playing for a couple weeks just fine, but I logged in and I cannot see anything, break anything, move, etc. The attached picture is a screenshot of what I see. This also happens on other serves I've tried to join.

I tried:
-Restarting the server
-Restarting my computer
-Reinstalling minecraft
-Reinstalling optifine
-Uninstalling optifine
-Changing graphical settings
-returning settings to default

I can:
-Log into single player worlds

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
