Cant add a texture for World of Minecraft: Realms

I adapted LB Photo Realism for classic but when i goto Texture section then upload it takes a lot then it says "The page you are searching arent available" and instead appears green box theres a page that its URL its this http://files.worldofminecraft.com/upload.php
and i cant upload it
plz help
