Commands In Single player.

Hey all :D
Ive recently discovered World of Minecraft and i love it!
My com would for some reason not let me play minecraft CLASSIC on the web page, but on World of Minecraft it runs smoothly.
Now, i wonder 2 things.
First and most importantly, is there a way to be able to use Commands in a single player game, or to host a Private server?
And Secondly How do i Host a server On World of Minecraft.
