hey, sorry if this is a double up of another post but i had a look and nothing seemed to fit my prob.

i can log onto the server fine, run around and do stuff with people in game and chat etc but as soon as i place a block, it closed. the game freezes for a second or so and then just dumps me back into windows.

i deleted and re downloaded mc but same thing. anyone else havin/had this prob? changing video settings (view distance opengl etc) has had no effect.
