Well, with the new update and all that, I had to move from my old hacks client to the one from here. I downloaded it, but when I ran it, an error message came up in cmd. I did everything it says in the other threads about this (shortening Xms800 to Xms500) but it still says this:

"Warning: lib\minecraft.jar not found. Did you read the instructions/download it?"
(It's in there, so I don't know why it does that)

"ERROR: Failed to run minecraft.

I'm using Windows XP with 1.00 GB of RAM. Anyone know what's happening?
