Hello. Im fairly new to Mulitplayer minecraft servers, so i dont know much about it yet. But i have got my own server up and running and was wondering how to do this...

Create ranks like Admin, Mod, Mayor, VIP, Worker etc and when they talk, there name and rank appears in the chat box, with its own special colour. If someone could help, that would be great, thanks.
