Dvorak keybinding

There is only one other topic about this, and it appears unresolved.

Are there any plans to fix this? The last suggestion of autohotkey did cross my mind, but it would be too hacky to work around chatting and moving.
Is this just with dvorak? Wish I knew more about java and the World of Minecraft/minecraft jar files so I could adjust it myself. Alas my specialty is only in python.
