I'm here with a friendly message from Experiencecraft.net.
We are a 50 user minecraft server that is always looking for new members. 
We have factions, an economy, friendly staff, pvp zones, and much more.
There is building without registering, however you will have to register on experiencecraft.net (It's free!) in order to join a faction and claim land. We have many popular plugins including CmdBook, Hawk Tool (for grief checking), and Sortal!
