(failed to connect You failed to connect to the server, its probably down!)

i think it has to do with something like IP verification, since i moved to another location and this error appeared when i tried to connect to womrealms with the client, so what to do to fix this error?

also i cant enter my account on www.womrealms.com 

I enter my Email and password but when i press sign in it takes me back to login page without doing a thing so, what this problem might be? this problem appeared even before i moved from my house so i dont think its a IP problem, can a mod check if there is something wrong with my account?
