We are a active community of creative players we see up to 40 players on at a time on a weekday afternoon. we have staff that have been on the server for 6+ months and we believe in fair and just moderating, we will not ban or harass you for insignificant things like using CAPS or swearing as long as it is not excessive or vulgar, however we do not tolerate griefing, spamming or rude/unkind treatment from any rank including admins.

Our server is a 24/7 No-Whitelist Dedicated Server, has minimal lag (If a Serv says they have no lag ever, its a lie), saves state every 20 minutes, has backups every 24 hours and automatic restarts to flush memory every 3 hours.
You must act with maturity.
This server does not tolerate any immaturity. Warnings will first be given. If these warnings are disregarded, temporary banning will occur. If this still persists, a permanent ban will occur.
Don't grief at all. No exceptions.
Griefing is the act of deliberately destroying, killing, or ruining your fellow players Minecraft experience. We have many grief prevention plugins that will detect and record any block modification. Permanent banning will occur without question.
If you didn't build it, don't touch it.
This goes hand in hand with our last rule. If you didn't build something, you're not allowed to modify it. However, you may look around as long as there are no "No Trespassing" signs.
Don't build 1x1 towers.
You will be given one warning. If this rule is not adhered to, you will be banned.
Don't spam chat, or type in all caps.
Spamming will result in a permanent ban. If you are an applied and accepted builder, typing in caps will result in multiple warnings before a temporary ban.
Do not lie about your actions in-game when being questioned by a mod or admin.
We have logs of everything. This means that evidence will be easy to find if we are suspicious of any unauthorized activities, or a breach in the rules.
Griefing other servers under ANY circumstance is prohibited (yes this includes talking about it).
This is a pretty straight forward and easy rule to follow.
Players are liable for what happens on their accounts.
If you use a shared computer, it is important to keep your password safe. It is probably a good idea for Minecraft not to remember your password. You are accountable for any modifications to the Serenity maps whether it be against the rules or not. This plausible deniability will not be tolerated and will be dealt with accordingly.
Our goal is to support a community of mature, creative and imaginative players to build a server that is both beautiful and impressive.
In the future we would like to see Group Projects, Build Competitions, Weekly or monthly videos and Impressive Projects such as Large Complex Buildings, HD Pixel Art, Mazes/Labyrinths and Obstacle Courses.
Default- Default group you get when start playing in the server, as a default you get absolutley no commands, to get promoted to Builder default has to read all signs at the spawn and get out of the room to promote himself to builder.
Builder- Builders have access to world(except protected area) Builders can spawn items, create towns, teleport to other players and ofcourse they can build.
Vip- VIP are the server's donators, they gain many priveliges beyond what a builder does.
Builder+- Builder+ get World Edit, this is very powerful plugin which allows you to do whatever you want to do with world, also you get all the same commands as Vip
Moderator- Moderators are expected to interact directly with the community, to listen to the players’ suggestions, help a player if they are in a difficult situation, and police the server for destructive behaviour or misconduct from time to time. On the other hand, being a moderator allows one to contribute to more than just the daily maintaining of the final product. Moderators join staff discussions and relay player suggestions, or their own suggestions, to the general staff.
sMod- sMod aka SuperModerator is more trusted than a moderator so that means sMod get acces to the most of the commands.
Admin- Admins are responsible for judging Newbie builds. They are very busy, so please do not bug them with unnecessary/unreasonable requests.
