HELP!!!!

so i made my minecraft server and it was all good for one day..i hadnt dowloaded and ports or anything to it and then all the sudden the next day when i try to log in it says cant reach server! so i go and look at me server properties and everything is fine and then i load up the .jar file and this is what it gave me:

[WARNING] Perhaps a server is already running on that port?
SOS please help
