Help me please !!! this prob is anoying me

okay, 2 days ago i made a server i posted it on Minestatus.net and mcserverlist.net
about 3 new people came, now those 3 new people can join but other strangers can't its been going on for like 3 days already and its really testing my patience. Id be glad to get assistance please (= Port forwards right and when I start the server it says Port: 25565 which i listed on the sites so the info is entered right. it snot whitelisted and not private.
