Let me introduce you to this server.
WoM City lies between Blockmine City and Itemshaft Town. To get to the other towns, you must cross Route 1337. Watch it, though, because there's a lot of tall grass and I think that there may be a wild Niels or a Sonardog.
(I got a shiny LV 99 1/2 Niels. U jealous?)
The Pokémon Center lies to northwest of the city, and the Pokémon Gym lies South of it. The Gym leader is Yenwood, but watch out: His H4Xorus is WAY too overpowered. He has a special Move, Ban, which instantly kills faints your Pokémon.
