Sorry if this is posted somewhere but I don't know what to search to find the answer because I searched for a while now and I am asking how do I make a command or somehow type something in to get any block I want? I started watching videos on youtube of people doing it and I wasn't sure how to do it so if someone can tell me then thanks in advance. Also for some reason when I play the Minecraft multiplayer it says that it is v1.10 and I'm not sure what the newest version is but before I had something else and for some reason it says that now because when  was looking how to make a server it sent me the link to the download page and I downloaded it again and accidently deleted my old minecraft I had and now I only have v1.10 so if someone has the other minecraft can you give me the link to that and try and help me get this >.> Oh yeah and I am doing the localhost one not my actual IP if that also has something to do with it
