I can't move

i go into minecraft and i start moving around then i get stuck and cant move i can look around and break blocks and pause if i hold escape but i cant chat or look in my inv PLEASE HELP ive tried redownloading minceraft and java and deleting my world but nothing works

Solution
What you can do, is have cheats on, press f3, look for your coordinates (they will be marked with x, y, and z), and type /tp <The x, y, and z coordinates you have, but raise all of the numbers by one.>
Pro tip: It is OK to round your coordinates to the nearest whole number.
