I the server down, or am I banned? (SOLVED)

Hey guys, just wondering if you could help me out. My internet was down for about 2 days, so obviously I couldn't go on Minecraft. When it was fixed at about 6 o clock Pacific Time I tried to go online but there is just an 'X" where the server ip and stuff is. It says that I can't connect to the server, and it still says that at 11:50 am today. Does mean the server is down, or am I banned?

Ohhhhh ok; I just had one more question; I didn't see the answer to this on the front page (though I'm sure its there, and I just couldn't see it) but when is the server going to be back online for good?

Read the front page. Also, if you were banned, you would get a banned message when you try to log in.
