Idea for the fourm?

So this has been bothering me so I thought of a way to fix it, so people advertise there YouTube on the fourm but there is no place for it, so I thought maybe adding a YouTube section in the 'Off Topic' section to remove some of the random spam?

It would allow me to still goto the offtopic section and not see spam of YouTube reason of the YouTube section.
