Is it possible to, lets say, give all your claims, money, items, etc. to another player? Like for an admin to transfer everything that one player owns to the other?

Just stand outside your claim, and do /pt (name) and then /trust (name). Then the new account will have access to all of your claims/stuff in them. After that you can just/pay them all your money.

Can't transfer claims.
Can take money from one account and put it in another.
Can take items from an Enderchest/Inventory and give them to someone else.
Basically, everything would have to be done manually.
