Looking for a host

Hey, i can't port forward my router because i don't know how to i looked on alot of videos and followed so many tutorials, but just can't do it. D:
So im looking for a host to a minecraft server, i never had one but i think i'll figure out how to handle it.
I was just wondering if someone could do it for free?
If so i would be more than happy, thanks anyways for just reading this.
