Im not very happy with Martijboy he did a /tpa to my friend by accident thinking it was me. once he got on the island that i spent a good couple hours trying to find to be secluded from the other players. We asked him to leave the island before and he told us he was going to move but he never did instead he built a home here and now wants to stay here. This is completely unfair that someone can just tpa and call a place their own to live.
Edit: Oh and before anyone mentions it yes i did claim near his home but it was not on anything that belonged to him so whoever removed my claim thanks alot i love losing claim for not doing anything wrong...

I was on when he was complaining. The thing is, according to what he said anyway, you claimed his house, which wasn't even particularly near your own house. That may be technically within the rules, but it certainly isn't very nice. I'm new, but the first thing I was told was not to build or claim too close to someone else, give them room to expand, etc. ... and claiming somebody's house really doesn't seem to me to be in keeping with the spirit of community that I had the impression was here. Does it?
Anyway, he also said he didn't know how to claim land when he first built his house, or he would have. And you might want the whole island to yourself, but you hadn't claimed the whole island, either, had you? If the island is bigger than the claim blocks you have to use, and/or you don't claim it before someone else has built there, then I don't see how you can lay claim to it all as your own.
Does that make sense?

it was just downright ignorant to use my friend to gain access to the island. i would never do this to anyone. as for claiming around his home yeah i did but he had no right to come here and start building without mine or Blackaudio's permission. the mods and admins could clearly see if they wanted that i was the first to build on this island if they check when my workshop was built and their house.

If he had actually traveled here on his own with no way of knowing this was here with a boat i probably would have let him stay because that is how i got this far out to my island. It was clear that someone has been here before me but i checked the entire island and there were no homes so i figured its fair game. the only signs i found were the 2-3 big mushrooms slighty griefed looking. obviosly someone didnt want the island.

Well, actually i built pretty far from your house (yes, i'm martijnboy) because i wanted to let you expand and live on your own, my house isn't even that big, you claimed like the whole island, i tried my best to not annoy you, but you still don't want me to live there, well, if you don't want me i'll go away, but i think it doesn't make any sense to claim a whole biome,, maybe someone wants to live there... whatever, i'll leave. Have a good gameplay on your own island.

i never had any intentions of letting anyone come to my island or where ever i lived except for the person i brought to the server. i told you once i first noticed you on the island that i didnt want you there before you even built a home, then you decided to move further away thinking it would be ok to live there without even asking if it would be ok there either. anyway thanks for leaving be sure to remove your claim as i didnt get my claim blocks back when he removed my claim the same will happen to you if you forget.
