Hey, it's MrNeon, and had a more specific photo of what I would like my skin to look like, again, it is a district 11 tribute (not based off of what the movie will say they look like), Brown hair, black Hoodie, and a. "Aggie" colored t-shirt that says 11 (lol, 11=agriculture) any ways, I don't have the game yet, and I have tried my hand at skin making, and HORRIBLY FAILED, so, if you are practicing skin making, or just are bored, try making this skin.  Here is a photo that best describes what I am typing about, just in case I am clear as mud.  Thanks and gig'em? again, Aggie reference.
