Minecraft really bad chunk errors and flashing chunks

Hello , whenever I play minecraft , i get these extremely bad chunk errors when I movie around and they flash like crazy

I've tried all versions of optifine , nothing works , changing render distance , im at my wits end and mine craft is unplayable , and i really like to play minecraft I even have my own server but Its too unbearable . Please help me fix it
