Server Rules

1.No hacking, cheating, glitching.
This includes flymods, or any program that can give you an advantage
over other players. We want all players to be playing on a level playing
field. Any use or attempt at doing so will result in a permanent ban.

2.No faggotry. (idiocy)
We're here to provide you a server you can play on for free, as a result
we ask that you use your head while playing on our server. Don't go
around causing unneeded conflict with players. Don't go around stealing
from other players. And certainly don't go around attempting to destroy
or alter other players structures without permission. People who can't
handle common sense conduct are permanently banned.

3.If it doesn't belong to you, don't touch it!
This includes peoples chests, items, structures etc. You're more then
welcome to look around anywhere you like, unless a player who owns a
structure doesn't want you to.

4.Find your own building spots
Moderators are not here to find suitable land for you, there is nearly
infinite land out there waiting to be built on, if you have to walk a
bit to find it so be it. You can ask other players for help finding a
good place to build but don't expect the server staff to carry you to a
location.

5.Kits
Some servers offer them, we simply don't. We want players to earn everything they build. We feel it's more rewarding this way.

6.Spawning materials
Admins certainly will not spawn players anything. Don't even ask.

7.We take no responsibility for items lost PERIOD
This is a no brainer, we simply cannot and will not refund any items lost due to player or server related issues.

8.We filter our community
We only have so many player slots. So why waste those slots on people
who have a hard time following our rules? We don't. People who can't
mold to our expectations can be removed from the server. Though you have
to be malfunctioning pretty drastically for this to happen.
