OK, before I start, I know this is a very common problem, and I've looked it up on countless help sites. I've recently created my own server, but before I can even start skeletons and creepers are constantly killing me.  I've tried all kinds of solutions, and have even created multiple Minecraft properties files, and have set everything to "false" except for online mode.  Monsters are STILL spawning. I've also tried it in both browser and launcher modes. The result is in the picture link below:

EDIT: I've turned online mode off and the result is more monsters.  Nothing is going to work I guess it's just bugged
