Sarari's Mpaste Guide
Hey there! So you wana learn World Of Minecrafts mpaste command huh? Well you've come to the right place. Lets get started with the basics.
Attention: Make sure you know how to regularly /copy and /paste before reading this.
When you mpaste its just regular /paste but with 3 variables X,Y, and Z. Now depending on which of these Variables you use in orders, will affect the way your paste comes out. So this will basicly be a picture guide thingy to tell you what EVERY combination does and the outcome of it. VERY IMPORTANT, If you dont get how to use this, or one of the combinations listed below dont work, please tell Me, on irc http://womjr.com/irc, or in-game on World of Minecraft:Realms, and i'll update what was wrong with it or if i'm still right tell you what you did wrong, remember! dont get frusterated if you cant get the paste to work.
Lets continue then.
Have you every wanted to mirror your /copy? but cant paste it right? well this is what you do.
I have a walker that I'm making, and I'm too lazy to build the rest of it , You will take a /copy name, once you have done this you will now, /paste name Xyz to make a mirror paste, now you might place it in the wrong place of where you want, so just /rollback if you miss-paste it. So go ahead and try that now. The end result will look like this,
So now that you have that done I would like to go over something really breifly, when you capitalize a letter, you are selecting that letter, so when you typed Xyz you selected the X axis to be flipped, i'm going to pull up an image from another tutorial to show you what I mean.
Alright so now lets get into all the combinations.
xyz = This is a regular paste
Image:
Xyz = This is a mirroed paste as shown above
Image: already up above
XYz = This flips it upside down
Image:
XYZ = It does the exact same as XYz so no need to bother with it
xYz = This flips it upside down but mirrored
Image:
xYZ = And again the same as xYz
xyZ = This one is a little trick, it seems like a regular paste on the pillars but if you do it with something like that bot that i did in the beginning, it actually spins it 180 degrees.
Image:
XyZ = Same as xyZ but mirrored
Now we move onto a different axis to start with "Y"!
yxz = Uh not sure how to describe how it moved, but just look at the picture lol
(will add later)
Yxz = This paste the object on this back or 90 to the right as you can see on this picture the pillar is on its back
(will add later)
YXz = This pastes the object on its back, but this time mirrored
(will add later)
Uh this is hard so I'll add more later when this doesn't boggle my mind as much lol.
