Need help moving smp to World of Minecraft.exe

Me and a friend have been building a smp with the java, minecraft_server.exe and using the minecraft.exe client.
Since we found out you can fly/no clip in World of Minecraft.exe i downloaded that.
But i cannot figure out how to get the old server to run on the new client. Can anyone help?
