CREATING A NEW SERVER, LOOKING FOR APPLICANTS/STAFF

Yo, waddup guys.
Camy415 here, I've started a few servers on my own with little success and have decided since that I need to build it from the ground up with the help of others.

I WILL PAY FOR THE 24 PERSON SERVER MYSELF

Here's what I'm looking for;

    Staff:

I need a max of 4 players who will help me design the server from the ground up, including plugins, areas, faction or what not, etcetera etcetera.

Eventually I hope that we will start up a YouTube channel, and these people will star in it with me.
