Hi, I recently got minecraft. So I wanted to play multiplayer, I tried a few IP's. But whenever I do, it either says 'Failed to connect. Connection refused: Connect.' or 'Failed to connect. Connection timed out: Connect.' I have no idea what the hell this means or why it's giving me this message.
If anyone can give me an answer, and tell me how to solve it, please reply.
