My name is Christeson and I would like to welcome you to my small minecraft community. I will be running a 24/7, 10 slot, survival server. It will be a very minimalistic server that counts on the community to keep everyone interested, instead of a boat load of add-ons. We will have weekly events and give aways. We are looking for mature players to fill the remaining 8 slots. The server will be very laid back, however there are a few simple rules that must be followed. Failure to follow these rules will result in black listing.
Rules:
Dont ask for op, or admin, or mod. They simply do not exist on this server. I will be checking the console every 30 minutes to make sure no hacking or griefing is taking place, other than that I will only use my operator powers to fix problems with the server and deal with the occasional ban. I don't enjoy having a bunch of extra powers, I find it kills the game.
Don't mouth off. Starting a fight in chat and using racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. I don't care if you are a big, gay, yellow, chinaman. If you show up on a regular basis and give to the server, then you are welcome here. Joking around is fine, but if I think it is becoming an issue, then I will ban the member that I believe is the instogator.
Don't purposly grief. This one is easy to understand. If you have ever played minecraft before then you will get this one. If you grief anything maliciously (not on accident, because every once in a while an accident does happen), then you will be banned.
No PvP unless it is spoken about before hand. If you wish to PvP, then do so with the consent of the other player. If you have a beef with someone, or just want to knock a few blocks off, then set up a fair fight.

Our server is currently running version 1.4.2 of minecraft. I am aware that there is a newer version. Unfortunatly, our server provider has not yet updated our add ons to that version though, this means that you will have to back track your version of minecraft to match ours if you have already updated to the newest version. There is a very simple way to do this. All you have to do is click this link and download this program. It will change the version for you and allow you to start playing on our server as soon as you get your acceptance e-mial:
