NoClip Not Working

I can't seem to get my noclip to work. It doesn't even appear on the bar with all the hacks. I know for a fact that the server i'm on allows noclip as I see a bunch of people using noclip. All these people seem to have a previous version of World of Minecraft. I have the newest one.
Notes
-I have Windows 7
-The server allows noclip
-other people can use noclip
-they usually have previous versions
-I can't seem to find downloads for previous versions
-I tried all the troubleshooting steps
