i think that i just stumbled along a slight glitch in the forum

if you try to make a new topic with a name that has already been used (caps in the same place, and same punctuation) it just pulls the old one to the top of the list, and does not make the new topic

not sure if this is just for me, but it could become a problem later on when a lot of topics have been made and there are no related word combinations left

(sorry if this is posted in the wrong place, but i couldnt decide what to put it under)
