Other players cannot connect to SMP Server?

Hi, I'm making a minecraft beta server, and I already port forward with TCP and UDP to 25564. I have java and everything. I start my Minecraft_Server and it goes smoothly but then it says this. [Warning] Can't Keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?
I can log in to my server using my internal ip but when i give my external and my internal ip to a friend, she cant log in. What should i do?
Computer specs : 4gb Ram, 3.2 ghz 800 mb HDD
