Alright. I think it's time to be clear about what I'm planning.

In this clan, Ouroboros, it is made up of 25 players.
There are 5 Squad leaders.
With each squad leader, follows 4 selected squad members.
The squad leaders are chosen by me, but each can choose their own members in the squad.

Each squad is dedicated to a map, 512x512 wide, 256 high. (or if decided, smaller.)

Any bigger would lag crash people. I'm buying the maps for you.

There has been some thought to let the squad leaders choose their own theme on these maps. They still have this choice, but as a general guideline, I will Schematic a set terrain into them, and instead, each will be dedicated to the elements.

Squad 1 is dedicated to the Ouroboros project.

- This is entirely irrelevant to what i was just saying above. I'll be personally choosing my members and telling them what's up instead.

Squad 2 will be dedicated to the snow/ice lands.

- Ice themed structures/animals.

Squad 3 will be dedicated to forrests/hill lands

- Jungles/forrests, old ruins and other naturalistic ideas.

Squad 4 will be dedicated to Lava / Deadlands

- Think Mellcoresque. I guess that's the best influence. But don't copy anything from him or i'll personally kill you. I mean his works, don't copy them.

Squad 5 will be dedicated to the Sky / Futuristics

- This is purely up to you guys.

Each map will be restricted to only the selected members, whom, Squad leaders are given Admin and Squad members are given Advanced to their given map.
so no crossing over / greifing from eachover :/ n stuff.

Requirements:

Squad leaders have to already be good. What shows most, is the dedication you put into your own map. The second thing that shows, is your attitude.

If you've got ideas and are interested on doing large scale projects, this is the thing for you. If you try to bribe us/me, i will not let you in. begging is also looked down on.
by begging i mean, "plsplsplsplplease let me in" spamming.

 I will not be taking credit for ANYTHING you do. It comes down to you and your squad. Though, you are still representing the clan, essentially.

I'm gonna be frank. My standards for this are high.
I don't expect many people to be bothered to go through with this,
I will be extremely selective about who takes these positions.

Ideas, techniques, i can help you all with. So far, there hasn't been
anything i could not do, except maybe woodpunking; cause i haven't
tried it yet. >.>
I'm willing to teach you guys all I know. I could solo all these maps, but frankly i don't have the time or willingness to do that, and new ideas are best expressed by others.
