Ok, considering no-one came forward to host a World of Minecraft Fan Pixelmon Server, I decided to do it myself. Only one problem I have no idea how to do it and I can't pay a hosting company because I'm unemployed and have no line of credit. What I'm basically asking is walk me through the process of making a server with this mod. I am also running on Windows 7. Please help.
EDIT: Whenever I attempt to run the "run.bat" I end up getting:
C:\Users\Devan\Desktop\Minecraft Server>java -Xmx1024M -jar Server.jar -o true
'java' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
And it says on step 5: In the Edit windows, modify PATH by adding the location of the class to the value for PATH. If you do not have the item PATH, you may select to add a new variable and add PATH as the name and the location of the class as the value.
I have no idea what it means or what to set as the class of the value.
I'm on the verge of giving up!

I don't appreciate you coming out of complete nowhere and cursing at me for whatever reason. If you see my profile you can see i've around for 4 days, 6 months and 1 year now and you have had an account for 1 year, 3 months and 6 days and only have 14 points and have never seen you on the server. Also, I'm sorry if I didn't put (HELP!!!) in the title.

I give up! Plain and simple! I've tried following step by step doing everything people tell to the letter!!! But I cant get the server to actually work!!! I keep on getting errors for java and yadda yadda yadda!!! I'm done!!

Java is a pain, I could set it up for a trial but I dout it would stick around.

That would be simply fantastic, but if you just start a server and get a spawn point like one that won the contest, it won't stick. I was planning that when I got the server up and running I'd jump on and build a map and gyms before letting the general public know it was working and get professional builders come on and upgrade what I had already built or add a few ideas of their own.
