Hey there, I registered just to get this problem solved, it's really bugging me and this looked like the best place to get help. The sticky thread didn't solve my issue, so really I had no choice but to post a new thread.
While I wait for any potential answers, of course I'll try to impart my limited knowledge upon other members.
I've been running a private server for a group of friends for about a month now, set up port forwarding and such and everything was running fine and dandy. Just today, a buddy tried to connect, but got the 'failed to connect' message. I tested my port, and apparently it's no longer open and my router can't be pinged. I checked my router settings, they're all the same as before when it worked. I didn't do anything to the router itself, nor did I edit any settings. I use simple port forwarding, so I had it refresh everything and update yadda yadda but it's just not co-operating. I've attached a picture of the SPF window, which tells me that everything should be forwarded and just peachy.
Any ideas? They're much appreciated.
