Hello, I'm new with this so be gentle. I just bought the Beta the other night (december 24, 2010) and the purchase was confirmed and had been completed. Since then, the website says I am not allowed to play and/or download the Beta. I am also not allowed to change my skin for classic. Please help! All help is appreciated.
